Pastor Gabriel Muñoz

"For my life, Camp Brittney is about being different. It is the difference shown through Brittney Strom, a girl who wanted to be different form the world, to be distinct from others. I want the youth that come to Camp Brittney to leave this place transformed, with different lives, and most importantly that they receive Jesus as their savior. My challenge to the youth of Cost Rica is to be different...to live their lives for God. As pastor of Los Guido, I am thankful for this property and the use of it for the people here. I am thankful to be able to be a part of this ministry that God has blessed us with."

In December 2005, Pastor Gabriel and his family moved to Costa Rica to pastor the new church plant in Los Guido. Previously, Gabriel and his family had served as missionaries in Argentina for many years. Gabriel works on a daily basis with the impoverished people of Los Guido, often using Camp Brittney for baptisms, day events, etc. During the months of week long camps at Camp Brittney, Pastor Gabriel dedicates his service full time to preach and lead devotions. The Brittney Strom Foundation realizes Pastor Gabriel and his family minister to a people who have little money, if any. He and his family need $400 a month to meet their needs.
