Camp Brittney is paid in full!
September 21, 2006

When Kenneth Bledsoe, President of The Brittney Strom Foundation, flew out of Charleston on September 20, 2006 the foundation still needed $77,000 to be able to pay off the property known as Camp Brittney. The closing on the property was set for September 21, 2006 in Costa Rica. Kenneth’s wife, Dayna, had assured him she would keep him posted as monies came in. She was confident the Lord would provide in time for him to make the payment the following day. God still does miracles!! By the time Kenneth’s plane had touched down in Atlanta for a layover before continuing the flight to San Jose, Costa Rica, all the money had been given!

Many times you’ve heard the saying, “you have to step out in faith!” Kenneth literally lived this saying as he “flew out in faith” early that Wednesday morning. Camp Brittney was paid for the following day and wonderful things are continuing to occur.

Chris Overall, contractor/missionary living in Costa Rica is now in the permitting process to get plans engineered and stamped according to Costa Rica standards and to obtain permits. Please pray for this process as it can be confusing and expensive. The Brittney Strom Foundation thanks God for Chris and his willingness to head up all areas of construction from Costa Rica.

Please pray for the future of Camp Brittney as it starts a new phase in its existence. “The finish line is just the beginning of a whole new race!”
